I love working with teens and I can relate to those intense middle and high school years. I support teenagers as they are blossoming, learning how to thrive and discovering what it means to be themselves. Teens need to feel empowered, secure, accepted and emotionally resilient, and I'm passionate about helping them get there.
I specialize in helping tweens and teens manage stress, anxiety and everyday difficulties so they can function well in the home, school and other important areas of their life.
I provide a safe and judgement-free zone for your teenager to unload all of the frustrations of being a teen and managing life expectations. I have 10+ years of experience working with youth, so I've seen and heard it all, and I still think teens are pretty great!
