Individual Therapy Sessions
I provide 50-minute individual therapy sessions for tweens/teens and adults ages 11 and up.
I primarily provide individual therapy, however, I can provide family therapy depending on the needs of the client and family.
For teens who are anxious, moody, outcasted, self-doubting, lonely, procrastinators or perfectionists.
For adults who ride the rollercoaster of emotions, go through vicious cycles of anxiety, worry and self-doubt, are trapped in the fear of being judged by others, and feel immense pressure to succeed and shame for struggling.
I offer online therapy services. You can conveniently meet with me without leaving the comfort of your home. My services are offered STATEWIDE, so anyone in Minnesota can have access to therapy.
Walk and Talk Therapy
During the warmer months, instead of meeting at the office, meet me outdoors for a walk at Lake of the Isles. This is a fantastic option if you like the idea of experiencing fresh air and movement during your therapy session.
I do not accept insurance, but I can provide documentation for out-of-network benefits.
