Hi, I'm so happy that you are here! I am a licensed mental health therapist in Southwest Minneapolis. I am passionate about empowering millennials to be more authentic, break out of the mold and do things a little different, and make the changes they are seeking. I'm also pretty great with teens!
I practice from a holistic perspective integrating the mind, body, and spirit into the therapeutic process. I help individuals gain awareness of the connections between emotions, thoughts, physical experiences and spiritual understandings. This deeper understanding of your whole self can lead to enhanced self-esteem, self-awareness, and self-acceptance.
